For a Hebrew broadcast this is the difference between usable captions and captions you have to fix by hand.
An external switcher can feed it. Every broadcast exposes an RTMP, RTMPS or SRT address and key, so OBS, vMix, Zoom or a client's own gallery can push into the same distribution and get the same recording, captions and clips on the far side.
The camera follows the speaker. In the podcast studio, switching is driven by microphone energy with a tunable threshold and minimum speaking time, plus a manual override and a wide shot to cut to. There is also a staging-then-take switch in the live studio for people who think in preview and program.
Recording that survives things going wrong. The recording is uploaded in one-second chunks as it happens, with a heartbeat, a recovery dialog and an integrity audit behind it. Each of the host machine's own cameras can also be recorded separately, with the microphone mapped to it.
