Which plans exist, what exactly each limit applies to, what happens when you reach one, and how the subscription, invoices and cancellation work.
The plans differ mainly in two things: how many places one broadcast reaches at once, and how many people work on the account. The other quotas follow from those.
A new account starts on a trial of fourteen days. When it ends the account moves on its own to the Free plan — it is neither locked nor deleted.
The paid plans are Creator, Pro and Studio, and above them Enterprise, which is arranged individually: its allowances are held on the account itself rather than taken from a fixed table.
Prices are shown on the pricing page in your local currency — shekels, dollars or euros. Paying annually gives two months free compared with paying monthly.
Two things worth knowing about the lower plans:
It matters to distinguish the kinds of quota, because they are counted differently:
A monthly quota resets at the start of the month, and resets immediately on an upgrade.
On the higher plans some of these axes carry no numeric cap, subject to fair use.
The system stops you beforehand and says what happened, rather than failing halfway:
Limits apply to the action, not to the account: reaching the streaming-hours quota does not lock the editor and deletes nothing.
Payment is a subscription that renews itself. Managing your payment method, viewing invoices and switching plan all happen from the billing screen, which opens the secure payments portal.
Upgrading mid-cycle switches the plan immediately and charges only the pro-rated difference for the days remaining — that difference settles on your next invoice rather than as another full charge.
Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Until then the account keeps working on the full plan, and while the cycle is still running you can reactivate in one click and undo the cancellation.
If a paid subscription lapses and is not renewed, the account returns to the Free plan after a short grace period. The files stay; what changes is the allowances.
A tax invoice and receipt is issued automatically for every payment and is available in the account's payment history.
A refund produces a credit invoice. Note the difference: a full refund also cancels the subscription, while a partial refund leaves it active.
The number of seats comes with the plan; a single extra seat cannot be bought separately. An invitation is sent by email and is valid for a week. If seats run out, you can remove an existing member or move to a higher plan.
The account moves on its own to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted — files, projects and connected channels stay, and the allowances change.
No. The plan switches immediately and you are charged only the pro-rated difference for the days left in the cycle, which appears on your next invoice.
At the end of the current billing cycle, not immediately. Until then the plan is fully active, and you can reactivate in one click while the cycle is still running.
No. Only starting a live broadcast is blocked. The editor, storage, translation and publishing keep working, and the quota resets at the start of the next month or immediately on an upgrade.
